COVID-19 TRAVEL UPDATE

At Calma Beach Hotel, the safety and health of our guests and associates are first and foremost.

We are following the latest available guidelines and advice offered by the Greek government, the World Health Organization (WHO) and the local authorities – ensuring that we uphold the highest standards of cleanliness without compromising on our warm hospitality.

Our Commitment to Health & Safety:

We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness extremely seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests and associates.
Our hotel’s health and safety measures are in compliance with international sanitation standards and designed to reduce the likeliness of contamination, including everything from handwashing hygiene, disinfection programs, and cleaning product specifications to all common area cleaning procedures.

We feel it is important to reach out to you, the actions and measures we are taking to guarantee your well-being during your stay with us.

These are:

Physical distancing including the use of physical distancing markers, protocols for space between hotel staff and hotel guests at the front desk, bar, and pool.

Increased public space sanitation including making hand sanitiser available to guests throughout public spaces and hourly disinfection of public areas and the surfaces within them.

Increased guestroom sanitation including removing all reusable collateral and reading material, extra pillows and blankets stored in closets, and focusing housekeeping attention on disinfecting every surface within a guestroom such as desks, counters, phones, TV remotes, thermostats, cabinets, doors, restroom hardware, windows, lighting controls, and closet hangers. In orders to ensure thorough disinfection of the rooms.

The new check out time is at 11:00 am and the check-in at 15:00 pm.

We encourage our guests to enjoy the comfort of their rooms for breakfast and light snacks.

The new operating hours of our breakfast are from 08:00 am to 11:00 am.

In-house Doctor available 24/7 to provide special care to our guests and to constantly train our staff according to the updates and guidance from the Hellenic Health Organization (E.O.D.Y.) and the National Health Ministry.

Transfers to and from port/airport will be arranged after appointment (extra charge) strictly for 2 guests way, obliged to wear masks (families with children are excluded).

Visitors and non-registered guests are not allowed in the hotel premises according to the Hellenic Health Organization.
